SCHOOL RULES & REGULATIONS

Attendance & General Rules

  • The school functions under the prescribed guidelines of the applicable Education Department and statutory authorities.

  • Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance as per academic requirements.

  • Late arrival beyond the prescribed time will be recorded.

  • Absence must be supported by a written leave application from parent/guardian.

  • Medical leave exceeding 3 days requires a valid medical certificate.

  • Continuous absence without notice may result in removal from rolls.

  • Students must maintain discipline, dignity, and decorum within and outside the campus.

  • School property must be protected. Damage will invite disciplinary action and recovery of cost.

  • The school reserves the right to amend rules when necessary.

Admission Rules

  • Admission is granted subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except as per policy.

  • Admission may be cancelled for submission of false information.

School Timings

  • Students must reach school 10 minutes before assembly.

  • Late arrival more than three times in a month may invite disciplinary action.

  • No early departure without written permission/intimation from the parent/guardian is allowed.

Uniform and Dress Code

  • Prescribed school uniform, neat and clean must be worn on all working days.

  • Identity card is compulsory inside the campus.

  • Neat haircut and personal hygiene are mandatory.

  • Jewelry, accessories, and non-uniform attire are prohibited unless permitted.

Academic Discipline

  • Students must bring required books and stationery daily.

  • Homework and assignments must be completed on time.

  • Participation in examination is mandatory.

  • Cheating or malpractice during examinations will invite strict action.

  • Respectful classroom conduct is mandatory.

  • Promotion is subject to all round academic performance and attendance

Behavior & Conduct

  • Students must show respect to elders, teachers, staff, and fellow students.

  • Bullying, fighting, abusive language, or harassment is strictly prohibited.

  • Damage to school property or theft must be compensated.

  • Indiscipline may lead to suspension or expulsion.

  • Vandalism, substance abuse, and possession of prohibited items are strictly prohibited.

  • Zero tolerance for ragging.

  • Action shall follow child protection guidelines.

Mobile Phone & Gadgets Policy

  • Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not permitted unless authorized.

  • Confiscated devices will be returned only to parents.

  • Repeated violations may result in disciplinary action.

  • Misuse of school digital resources is punishable.

  • Cyberbullying will invite strict disciplinary.

Examination Policy

  • Examination schedule will be announced in advance.

  • No re-exam except in genuine medical emergency.

  • Results once declared will be final.

  • Promotion policy shall follow school guidelines.

Fee & Administrative Policy

  • School fees must be paid before 10th of every month.

  • Late payment may attract fine as per policy.

  • Non-payment may lead to restriction from exams/classes.

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearance of dues.

  • Admission once granted is subject to compliance with school regulations.

  • Fee revision rights reserved by the Management.

Transport & Safety Rules

  • Students must follow transportation safety guidelines strictly.

  • Students must reach the boarding point on time.

  • Misconduct in school transport may lead to cancellation of transportation facility.

Safety & Security

  • CCTV surveillance may be operational within campus for security.

  • Entry of outsiders without permission is restricted.

  • Emergency evacuation procedures must be followed.

  • Students must not leave campus during school hours.

Medical & Health Policy

  • Students with contagious diseases must not attend classes.

  • Emergency medical care may be provided as required.

  • Parents must disclose medical condition at admission.

Withdrawal & Transfer

  • Written application required.

  • Clearance of dues mandatory.

  • TC issued as per rules.

Computer & Lab Rules

  • Follow lab safety instructions.

  • No experiments without teacher supervision.

  • Breakage must be reported immediately.

Code of Conduct for Staff

  • Professional ethics must be maintained.

  • Corporal punishment is strictly prohibited.

  • Staff must comply with school and legal regulations.

Parent Guidelines

  • Parents must attend PTMs.

  • Parents must inform change of address/contact details.

  • Parents should support school discipline policies.
